- Complete implementation of water to Aljen Heights project
- Completion/opening of CVS Drug Store
- Redevelopment of Ocean State Plaza complex
- Continue efforts to bring Great Wolf Hotel project to town, which would be the number 1 taxpayer at opening
- Complete investigation of former Gales Ferry School Building and incubator space to grown town business
- Implement updated financial software for efficiency
- Maintain tight expenditure control to help control taxes
- Continue making affordability of living in Ledyard a high priority
- Protect quality of life issues for all residents living in town
- Work even more closely with Board of Education to develop efficiencies
- Continue working in Council of Governments SECTER, Tourism District and new area Social Service Committee – Regionalization opportunities
- Secure regional dispatch opportunity (if service protected)
- Institute “Life Cycle maintenance” for all town assets
- Investigate, and if possible, institute central purchasing
- Implement road pavement management program and better plan and implement road maintenance
